Refund – Returns Policy

Overview

As this is a one person business where I create custom made garments and works of wearable art.

RETURNS will be dealt with on an individual basis – so you must message Lynn as soon as you receive the garment and find it to be incorrect.

Custom Made Garments; I work with you during the whole process via email – customer supplies measurements and the garments are made to the measurements supplied. Please be sure you supply the right measurements

Measurement Requirements;

BUST – measure around the fullest part of the bust

Waist – measure two inches above belly button / this is the natural waistline

Hips – measure around the wides part of the hips

For Skirts; measure from waist to floor

I always like to know how tall you are as I work from a visual – imaginative -creative mindset and to date have 100% success rate

I work in inches and centimetre’s – so either are fine

If you don’t have a measuring tape – available at supermarkets – use a piece of string and a ruler

Refunds

Items MUST be Returned Unworn – tags attached and in the same condition it was sent to you.

Customer is to pay for return post – unless Enchanted Emerald Forest Designs is at fault – again email Lynn as soon as you receive your items if you find them faulty.

I will refund via Pay Pal or Direct Bank – however you paid – will be your refund

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale Items can only be exchanged for another item or store credit – buyer is to pay return post and post of new item

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

POST / FREIGHT

AUSTRALIA – All Goods are Posted Registered Post requiring a signature or Express Post with Signature

OVERSEAS – All Goods are posted Registered Mail by Australia Post signature required

MISSING POST – If a parcel goes missing I will inform Australia Post and put in a claim form – if the parcel is lost and they refund me I will pass that onto the customer – unfortunately this maybe part of the process of todays mail system – but on my part all care is taken to register a parcel. If you are buying an expensive item may I suggest you pay extra for insurance. NOTE; in 18 years of selling online worldwide I have only ever lost one parcel in Australia. If this unfortunate situation occurs I will email you every step of the way.
